As for the vehicle itself, no blueprints remain. E 100 is a German tier 10 self-propelled gun. Unlike most tier 10 tanks the E-100 does not come elite. For its initial tests, a Tiger II Maybach HL230P30 engine had been fitted.
↑ E 100 + 12,8 cm Kw.K.
The E-100 version had its mass reduced to 35 tons by reducing the thickness of side armour to 80 mm.
The E-100 was originally designed as an Heereswaffenamt alternative to the Porsche-designed superheavy Maus tank. Fortunately the height of this vehicle isnt always a disadvantage as you can use it to hide your lower glacis behind rocks, decorating tanks or destroyed allies/enemies, while being able to return fire, however use this tactic only as a last resort when you cannot retried to reload or you are fighting lower tiers whose penetration is insufficient to go through your capola (be aware of artillery shells and flanking enemies since you will be spotted) Initially, the E-100 was not a serious option for a superheavy tank destroyer. The standard rear-engine / front-drive layout was maintained.
In practice, Adler proposed a redesign of the 1942 Tiger-Maus project, developed by Krupp and cancelled in favour of the Maus. These guns could potentially be installed on relatively light Panther or Tiger based vehicles, but in reality only one carrier was built, the 17 cm Kanone 72 (Sfl) Geschuetzwagen Tiger otherwise known as Grille 17.
This is one of the two armament choices the E-100 based tank destroyer would have used.
E-100 is a gift rank V German heavy tank with a battle rating of 8.0 (AB) and 7.7 (RB/SB). The proposed designs were the E-10, E-25, E-50, E-75 and finally the E-100. The Jagdpanzer E 100 marks the end of its German tank destroyer line.- Incredible single-shot power.
Even the turret used in the blueprint is the Maus turret from January 1st, 1943, also proposed for the Tiger-Maus. However, in 1944, heavy tank development was discontinued. The armor protection is quite good, the only true weak spot on the front of this monster is the lower armor plate, but when the tank is fought at an angle, even that can be difficult to penetrate.
44 L/55 初期状態。Mausの史実砲だが、E 100で装備すると持ち味の単発火力を活かせない。 ↑ E 100 + 15 cm Kw.K. The vehicle was never produced. Outside of a crew of 1 commander only, 100% crew is a fiction. While it is very similar to the GW Tiger, it has a very slight boost to reload time and accuracy, a slightly wider horizontal arc, more ammo capacity and better armor. During the long reload time, it's advised that the player angles the turret by about 25° which will make the effective armor of the turret as thick as 300 mm on both front and on the exposed side of the turret. As with the Maus, the 149 mm gun received higher priority. Here you have a choice, you can stay with the 12.8cm gun from the E-75 or grind xp for the 15cm for the extra alpha damage. The production engine was to be the Maybach HL234. You have a measly 8.96 hp/t, which gives you mediocre acceleration, and a poor traverse speed as well. And although the E-100 does boast improved speed and maneuverability, artillery will still have a field day with you if you are not privy to your surroundings and your cover. Starting out the E-100 does not have its top 15cm gun and instead has the 12.8cm, which unless you skip past it does start your experience in the E-100 off slow. According to calculations, both could penetrate 200 mm of armour at 4 kilometers. Never underestimate this tank, as doing so will cost you roughly half of your hitpoints, if not all. The guns had an identical recoil mechanism, among other components. It may not be T110E3 kind of armour, but it does the job.
It is not known who the intended target for these monsters was, but both guns appear in Guderian's report detailing potential developments on April 7th, 1944. E-100 chassis undergoing allied evaluation. The entire lower front plate is a huge weakness on the E 100, as even tier 8 guns can penetrate it (though a little angling quickly resolves this).
Basically, the player is advised to take the hits but to return them in kind as well.
Be careful not to aim at the middle of the tracks, especially when using HEAT, as the tracks will probably absorb all the damage, essentially wasting your precious shot. - Very strong and sloped frontal armor and thick spaced armor covering it's treads, is great for sidescraping. The aforementioned turret design was not even considered. A rangefinder was also added to both turrets, with the axis of rotation of this pairing directly next to it. The alpha of the gun has the ability to bring down even tier X tanks with two shots.
