We stayed in a presidential one bedroom diamond club suite in building 6, which was perfection. Are any cleaning services offered at Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa?Yes, dry cleaning and laundry service are offered to guests. We had a wonderful time and felt very safe. Uber the resort sommelier was soooo knowledgeable about the resort wines, champagnes, fine liquors, and cigars! A few names to mention that did a great job: Our butler Eduardo was amazing, always checking on us and making sure we were happy and all our needs and wants we're met. The resort felt really safe,and not for 1 second did we feel that we are getting less than 5 star service. The ladies at Scoops were very nice and attentive every morning and afternoon, when we got our coffee, pastries and ice cream, which were delicious!
