Be the first to ask a question about Les désastreuses Aventures des Orphelins Baudelaire Lemony Snicket had an unusual education and a perplexing youth and now endures a despondent adulthood. आपके द्वारा हाल ही में देखे गए आइटम और चुनिंदा सुझाव विश-लिस्ट में आइटम जोड़ने में अक्षम है. And the way that Lemony Snicket wrote these books left me clamoring for more.
After their parents die in a house fire, Violet, Klaus and Sunny are forced to live with their distant cousin, Count Olaf.
I found out my friend was reading them at the same time as I did, and we both were very excited about the whole thing.3.6/5 stars (based on individual star ratings of each of the books)Alright so three novels in one jampacked in this huge book—I wanted to read this as it’s a classic and our library has at least two copies of Book One, plus I had an afterschool movie day one half-day where kids were really into this Netflix series..I realized I had never read the whole book and couldn’t recommend or confirm the differences in the book and series so I took this one home and decided to read it-always a good reference point on books to recommend to kids. Violet's intelligence is more technical and scientific. Bien sûr, c'est du déjà vu, quand on a lu les volumes précédents, il n'y a guère de changements ..... mais c'est ce qu'on aime !! )Written for young people, this series includes a wit that grabs young and old alike. So go join Klaus, Violet, and Sunny Baudelaire on their series of unfortunate events! This is a fantastically unique series for younger readers. And you know what? I'm glad, because these books are hilarious and I probably would have missed out on half the humor back then (The moral of WWI is not to assassinate Archduke Ferdinand - wise words.)
I cheated, though, since I came in with half a formed opinion because I loved the Netflix show so much. Usually we have the comfort of knowing that authors don't allow children to suffer indefinitely, and there will be a happy ending. कृपया दुबारा प्रयास करेंक्षमा कीजिए हम आपका वोट रिकॉर्ड करने में असफल रहे.

Plus, it's sort of steampunk-lite (gears and inventions and a strange timelessness, despite the constant presence of things like walkie-talkies and credit cards and Jeeps), which I appreciate.

i don't like harry potter. He obviously loves children, and defines words in a whimsical way throughout the text, which I'm sure parents will appreciate.
These three books are incredibly funny and made me laugh – out loud! Les Desastreuses Aventures DES Orphelins Baudelaire: Vol. i've said it.
Well if so then you’ve come to the right place!
“I”“And a town not too far from where you live has a law that bars me from coming within five miles of its borders” कृपया फिर से प्रयास करें. 2092504770 9/LA Fete Feroce I love the narrator's dire warnings about how you should not read these stories, how repulsive and unpleasant they are. )Children's books often deal with the adult world in a dark way, with our heroes at the mercy of bad guardians. However, I do want to finish reading the series just to find out what happens to the characters, despite how unlucky the Baudelaire children are.Don’t you just like adventurous stories with a massive amount of suspense?
